Los Cabos is made up of Cabo San Lucas, the Corridor and San Jose del Cabo. Each of those locations have very different offerings and can provide different lifestyles.

Cabo San Lucas is where the famed Arch is located just off Medano Beach and the Cabo San Lucas marina. It is the most popular city in Los Cabos due to the amount of hotels and tourists that visit the area for Cabo Wabo, Medano Beach and more. It’s where throngs of Spring Breakers visit every year and bachelor or bachelorette parties descend. However, it’s also home to many new neighborhood developments that are helping to upscale the area, including Pedregal, Nobu hotel and more.

The Corridor is the area between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It is where a number of new hotels and developments have been and are being built. Chileno Bay Residences, Solaz, Montage, The Cape, Querencia, Palmilla and Palmilla Dunes, Punta Ballena and more. While the Corridor may not have the stores like Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo, it is located very close to all that anyone would need – especially if larger homes or privacy is desired. The Corridor is a great area for many people to buy and invest in.

San Jose del Cabo is in a renaissance time. It’s where the famed Art Walk happens, many new restaurants are being opened and developments taking place. Where San Jose del Cabo used to be the sleepier of the two cities, it is now where most of the development is moving, including the new Puerto Los Cabos marina, Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotels and more.
